How big can breasts grow?
Question in full: How big can breasts grow, mine are very very big ?
Breasts come in all shapes and sizes. They usually start to grow between the ages of 10 to 14 years, at the beginning of puberty. They will do most of their growing during your teenage years. How big they are depends on lots of different things: if your mum has very large breasts yours may well follow after hers; if your body started going through the changes of puberty a long time ago then maybe your breasts are quite well developed and may appear big compared to your friends. Your breasts are often a bit bigger before a period so if you have started your periods then this may be affecting their size. Breasts are mainly made up of fat tissue so the size of them is also partly related to how fat/thin you are. There are other reasons breasts can be big and if you are worried that one is alot bigger than another and feels lumpy then it may be worth getting your GP to check it over. One breast is usually bigger than another and they are often lumpy so this is a bit difficult to assess. The sooner you get used to how YOUR breasts feel the better. Recognise those lumps and if they change get it checked out. Lastly if you don't like them so big wearing a good fitting bra often makes them look smaller - get fitted at Marks and Spencer. Hope this helps.
